Log File Settings
File rename can save log of all renamed files. Log files are important as your own logging purpose as well as to undo file renaming in future. File renamer's undo feature uses this log file to undo file renaming.
There are 3 options to save these log files.
- Always ask user to save:
If this option is selected then File renamer will ask you to save log file every time user rename files with File renamer. - Never ask user to save log file:
If this option is selected then File renamer never ask user to save log file after renaming. - Automatically save log file:
If this option is selected then File renamer automatically save all log files in 'Log' folder of File renamer installation folder. In this option user also can select naming conventions saved log file. User can save log file name in incremental no and with date and time.
