Selection of Files

Keyboard shortcuts for select files:

Ctrl + A = Select all files
Ctrl + D = De-select all files

To highlight the files (Press left mouse button and move mouse overt the file list) and then right click the mouse button to see below right click menu.

There is a selection column in file grid. You need to check the check box to include that file for renaming. Renaming rule apply only on checked file.

There are 3 buttons above File grid to Select all, De-select All and Invert selection of files.

Now if you want to select 10-15 files in list of 200 files then you just need to select those files and press right click and right click menu will appears. Please see image below.

Now press 'Check Selection' and you can check files you just selected.

You can sort the files by columns also.

Re-order Selection:

There are up and down arrow button at upper right corner of file grid to up and down selected files in the file grid. Please check below image.
